Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via Auspost eParcel Standard or Express. These are billed depending on total weight and postcode, calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on where you live and delivery estimates are at the discretion of Auspost. Most orders arrive within the below timeframes:

Standard eParcel

Metro VIC: 3-5 days
Metro NSW, QLD, TAS, SA, ACT: 3-7 days
Regional VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, SA, ACT: 5-10 days
WA, NT: 7-14 days

Express eParcel

1 day from dispatch within the Auspost Express network (most metro and inner-regional areas).

For areas outside the Express Post network, delivery may take longer than 1 day but will still be faster than standard postage.

These are estimates and are based on time from dispatch, which is generally within 24 hours of order confirmation.

How do you track your order?

Following confirmation of your order being dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a live tracking link. The tracking link provides you with the following updates via the Auspost website:

1) Awaiting Pickup
2) In Transit
3) With driver for delivery
4) Attempted delivery (where applicable)
4) Awaiting collection (where applicable)
5) Completed

Please be aware that orders unsuccessfully delivered will be left at the nearest Auspost location. Be sure to keep the attempted delivery card when picking your order up from a collection point.
